How long does shipping take?
UK orders ship within 1-2 working days and arrive in 2-3 days via Royal Mail Tracked 24. International shipping takes 5-10 working days depending on destination.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yeah, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping costs and times are calculated at checkout based on your location.
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number and link. You can also find tracking info in your account under Order History.
What's your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with all tags attached. Sale items are final sale.
How do I start a return?
Email us at returns@smokeysnapbacks.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a returns label within 24 hours.

100%. Every piece is sourced directly from licensed suppliers and authorised distributors. We never deal in fakes or replicas.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Limited drops mean limited runs. Most pieces don't get restocked once they sell out. Sign up to the mailing list to get first dibs on the next drop.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us within 2 hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to amend or cancel before it ships. Once dispatched, you'll need to follow our returns process.
